We endeavour to ship to any country using Royal Mail. Some countries may charge import duty/tax on the goods - this is payable by the customer. Overseas customers including Channel islands, will also be charged a higher postage rate.
UK deliveries typically take 48 to 72 hours to arrive, however if there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail/phone at the earliest opportunity.
Should payment be made by cheque, delivery times will depend upon clearance of payment. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual/other organisation. We can't be held responsible for losses and inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers. Once your order has been placed, we will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched.
All orders must be signed for at the point of delivery. Deliveries will only be made to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. Overseas orders are normally dispatched through Parcelforce International.
