Returns and cancellations - You can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a complete refund (after deducting the delivery charge), however this is on the condition that the item(s) is returned to us in the original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged will invalidate our offer. Items returned outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of Mobarak. Returns on items such as lingerie and swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is in place. This policy is only available to online customers - customers who purchase from us at our premises (detailed below) will be offered a credit note. Please be advised our address for all returns is:

You are strongly advised to use recorded delivery when returning orders as Mobarak will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which commences on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven days beginning on the days after the date of the delivery of the products.

In cases where the rejection or cancellation is due to a defect or discrepancy, you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge. When the return arrives back at our office, it will be assessed and should it be concluded that the product is faulty or there is a discrepancy in the order, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you.

Pricing and Carriage - All prices are quoted in GBP. If you are buying from outside the UK, you will also incur higher carriage costs than those within the UK and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery.

Payment - We accept credit card payments, however If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Mobarak, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. At Mobarak we do not hold your credit card details as we use a secure online payment gateway (PayPal). Alternatively you can place an order through our online shop and choose the “Pay by cheque” option (delivery times will depend upon clearance of payment). Please make postal or international money orders or cheques payable to “Mobarak”. Postal payments are in United Kingdom currency only.

Privacy Policy - Mobarak is exempt from notification to the Data Protection Register. Mobarak however does adhere to the Data Protection Act and will not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Sizing - As you may be aware, sizing differs between manufacturers, however if you have any queries, please don't hesitate to e-mail us and we will endeavour to help you. Sizes are in UK standard.
